Chat, calendar, and RSVPs in one clubhouse

Most clubs already have chat. They do not have a place the ride lives.

In HBV the club workspace is the unit:

• Chat — channels for the club, plus an All view that aggregates every channel. Scoped messages still show where they came from.
• Calendar — planned rides with a time, a meeting point, and who owns the outing.
• RSVPs — going / maybe / out, attached to the ride so you are not counting thumbs in a 40-message thread.

The point is not another messenger. It is that the conversation sits next to the plan. When the route changes, the ride changes — not a second spreadsheet.
